Q: How much will my new sunroom cost?
A: It all depends upon the size and style that you choose to go with. Typically a Four Seasons Sunroom is slightly more in cost than a room that is conventionally built, but with a Four Seasons Sunroom you get a feeling of so much more space, light and that open airy feeling. As far as specific costs, there are so many variables that go into an estimate that can affect the cost (i.e. size and style of the room, foundation, electrical, heating and air, etc.) This is why we always offer FREE consultations and written estimates.
Q: How long will it take before I can enjoy my Four Seasons Sunroom?
A: Timing usually depends on the size and complexity of the sunroom, but usually the Four Seasons Sunroom can be completed in less than a week. The models are pre-established designs, so all of the rooms are completed much quicker and less intrusive than conventional construction. We always take into consideration that you will be living at the home while we are working, so we complete the project as quickly and efficient as possible.
Q: Can I really use a sunroom year-round?
A: YES. You can us a Four Seasons Sunroom every day of the year. Our patented CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ technology is extremely energy-efficient, so your new Four Seasons room addition stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
Q: How much space do I need to build a Four Seasons Sunroom addition?
A: We can design them to be virtually any size, from closing in an existing screen porch to a sweeping backyard conservatory.
Q: Can I open the windows in a sunroom?
A: Any of our glass room additions can be outfitted with your choice of windows, doors - even skylights. Window choices include sliding, casement, awning and fixed, while doors are available as sliding, french, or single swing doors.
Q: How do I clean the special "CONSERVAGLASS PLUS"?
A: Our CONSERVAGLASS PLUS™ is wonderfully low-maintenance, thanks to our patented Stay-Clean Technology. This exterior surface coating repels water, which keeps your Four Seasons Sunroom cleaner longer. The interior surface is simply cleaned with regular glass cleaner.
