The Value Series Patio Products are designed to make backyard living affordable. Available in two models: Screen View or Vinyl View.

The Screen View is our base model that is a fully engineered screen room with a thermal roof. The Screen View can be upgraded in the future to our Vinyl View room.

The Vinyl View is the ultimate patio room with wind, rain, UV and thermal roof protection. Each window opening comes with lightweight sashes that can be easily removed for maximum views and full ventilation. If you are a handy homeowner this system can easily be installed in a weekend!

 


 

 

Features:

 

An easy to install window-wall and roof panel system.
Vinyl View - Aluminum framed glazed-in vinyl sashes that block 99%-100% of the harmful UV rays.
Vinyl View - Lightweight and easy to remove vinyl sashes for full views and maximum ventilation.
An aluminum laminated lower kickplate for strength and durability.
A solid roof for thermal protection and comfort. A standard gutter system can be added.
Full engineering for your building permit package and includes installation instructions.
Studio or Cathedral roof design.
